A Memorial Service will be conducted at 2:30 P.M., Sunday, December 30, 2018 in the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home. A visitation will be conducted Sunday, December 30, 2018, 2:00 - 2:30  P.M. and following the Memorial Service, 3:00 to 3:30 PM. Tim was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Ken Curtis, his Godmother/Aunt, Marie Svetz. He is survived by his father & step-mother, Tim Curtis, Sr. & Rachel Curtis, Stanton, TN, his mother, Sandra Lee Hultgren, Clearwater, FL, one brother, Glen Curtis, Stanton, one step-brother, Tyler Tindle, Brownsville, TN, one sister, Karissa Lee Pereira (Frankie), Moorpark, CA, one step-sister, Amanda Tindle, Brownsville, TN, paternal grandmother, Helen Curtis, Tavares, FL, maternal grandparents, Raymond & Linda Hultgren, Ansonia, CT, step grandparents, Bobby & Edna Sweat, Brownsville, TN and a multitude of Aunts, Uncles & Cousins.
