Mr. Russell Carter Williams, age 55, passed away, at 12:16 P.M. on December 9, 2011 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital, Jackson, TN. He was preceded in death by his wife: Susan Ann Williams and his father: Jerry Williams. He is survived by his children: Joey Williams and wife, Kelly, Brandi Bradley and husband, CD, and Casey Williams; his mother: Janie Williams; a sister: Lisa Needham and husband, J.L.; grandchildren: Walker Williams, Bryer Williams and Will Bradley.
