Rosemary English

Rosemary English, age 67, passed away on Saturday, August 22, 2020, at her residence in Brownsville, TN. Memorial Services to celebrate her life will be held on Monday, August 31, 2020, at 2:00 PM with Bro. Sammy Tillman officiating. Rosemary English was born on December 28, 1952, in Haywood County to Lucion B. and Linnie Bell Stanley English. She worked as a dispatcher for the City of Brownsville. She was known for her comical and witty character. She loved animals and loved her family. She is survived by one sister, Hollie Springs (Peyton) of Bartlett, TN; one sister-in-law, Joyce English of Brownsville, TN, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lucion B. and Linnie Bell Stanley English; two brothers, Lucion Ricks English and Charles Andrew English and one sister, Lynette English Dickinson. The family has requested memorial contributions be made to the Zion United Methodist Cemetery Fund, c/o Mary Frances Trottman, 1805 Rudolph Rd., Brownsville, TN, 38012. All arrangements and services are under the direction of the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home in Brownsville, TN.
