Paul Monroe Mize, Sr.

Mr. Paul Monroe Mize, Sr., age 92, passed away on Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at the Jackson-Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, TN.  A Graveside Service will be held for Mr. Mize on Friday, April 7, 2023, at 1:00 PM at the Stanton Cemetery with Bro. Randy Kellough officiating.

Paul was born on September 9, 1930, in Stanton, TN to his parents, Harvey and Ella Mize. He was self-employed as a painter.  He is survived by two brothers, Harvey Melvin Mize of Keeling TN and James McConnel Mize of Clarksville, TN; one sister, Dorothy Blackburn of Wilksboro, NC.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Marie Mize; one son, Paul Monroe Mize, Jr.; his parents, Harvey and Ella Mize; and three sisters, Maurene Fuller, Ann Mize and Bettye James.

All arrangements and services are under the direction of the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home in Brownsville, TN.
