Paul E. Hadley, age 81, passed away peacefully on April 13, 2025, at The Highlands Health & Rehabilitation Center. He was born on December 4, 1943, in Tipton County, TN. In honor of Paul's life, a graveside service will be held on April 17, 2025, at 11:30 AM, in the Walton Cemetery in Covington, TN.
Paul had a gift for storytelling and was always telling jokes, bringing laughter into the lives of those around him. Paul devoted many years to a career in construction, where he found joy in building things with his own hands. Those who knew him remember him not only for his work ethic but also for his warm personality, characterized by a great sense of humor.
He loved his family deeply, a sentiment that resonated through his relationships. He is survived by his daughter, Theresa Rochevot (David) of Brownsville, TN, and one sister, Lorell Hadley. Paul took great pride in his role as a grandfather to two granddaughters, Lindsey Hadley and Brittany Hadley Roeder (Chris), and eight great grandchildren who were sources of immense joy for him.
Paul is preceded in death by his loving parents, Nathan Oscar Hadley and Mary Jane Brown Hadley; his dear wife, Billie Jo Allmon Hadley; four brothers, Carl Hadley, Kenneth Hadley, L.B. Hadley, and Morris Hadley; two sisters, Aileen Rasberry and Sue Bourne; and two other granddaughters, Chelsea Rochevot and Lauren Bartram. Each of these individuals held a special place in Paul’s heart, and their memories are cherished by all who knew him.
As we remember Paul E. Hadley, let us carry forward the values he embodied: a commitment to family, a love of laughter, and a passion for building not just structures, but meaningful relationships in our lives. He will be deeply missed but forever remembered in the hearts of those he touched. All arrangements and services are under the direction of the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home.
