Pamela Johnson Rogers, age 69, loving mother, grandmother and sister, passed away peacefully on May 23, 2025, at the Oakwood Community Living Center in Dyersburg, Tennessee. Born on December 9, 1955, in Brownsville, Tennessee, Pamela touched the lives of many through her unwavering love for her family and her deep faith in the Lord.
Throughout her life, Pamela dedicated many years serving as a clerk for the Brownsville Police Department. Outside of her professional life, she enjoyed drawing and found great joy in playing the piano, often sharing her love for music with those around her.
Pamela's heart was full of love for her family, which included her son, Brandon Haynes, her brother, Wayne Johnson, and her eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, all of whom cherish her memory. Pamela also had a special bond with her dog, who brought her companionship and delight.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Tim Rogers, her parents, Darwin Lee Johnson and Minnie Kate Austin Johnson and her daughter, Reagan Haynes.
Pamela Johnson Rogers will be remembered not only for her dedication to her family and her career but also for her joy in life's simple pleasures. She leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion that will resonate with all who had the honor of knowing her. The family has honored her wishes for cremation and there are no services scheduled at this time. All arrangements are under the direction of the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home.
