Mildred's Obituary Mildred Waddell Norwood, age 82 passed away Thursday, October 15, 2009 in Regional Hospital Of Jackson, TN. She was preceded in death by her parents: Manvel Waddell and Myrtle Swagerty Waddell; her husband: Mathel Norwood; two sons: Teddy Norwood and Donald Norwood; three brothers: Allen Nash Waddell, Manuel "Bub" Waddell and Thomas Reed Waddell; one sister: Evelyn Jo Baggett; and one great grandson: James Miller Baggett. Funeral Services will be conducted in the Brownsville Funeral Home Chapel, Saturday, October 17, 2009 at 2:00 P.M., with Bro. Roger Briggs and Bro. Richard Lusk officiating. Burial will follow in Brownsville Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Norwood is survived by two sons: Ronnie Norwood and Dane Norwood, (Elizabeth), all of Stanton, TN; one daughter: Beverly Strickland (Mike), Stanton, TN; three sisters: Marie Tabor and Joyce Horton, both of Humboldt, TN and Verna Waddell, Gallaway, TN; eleven grandchildren; twenty two great-grandchildren; one step great-grandchild; and two great-great-grandchildren.
