Mary Louise "Patsy" Clark

Mary Louise “Patsy” Clark, born Mary Louise Wigington, passed away on October 29, 2026, in Brownsville, Tennessee. She was born on August 1, 1932, in Parkin, Arkansas.

Patsy was a devoted homemaker and mother. She cared deeply for her family and expressed that love in the everyday ways that made a house feel like home. She enjoyed sewing and baking, especially rolls and cookies, and she was very crafty. Those simple gifts and talents brought comfort and happiness to the people around her and will be fondly remembered.

She was preceded in death by her father, John Henry Wigington; her mother, Grace Jones Wigington; her husband, Ray Miller Clark; her son, Steve Ray Clark; her brother, John Wigington; her sisters, Margie Howard and Judy Canerdy; and her great-grandson, James Miller Baggett.

She is survived by her daughter, Cathy Yearwood; her sisters, Janie Haynes and Katie Maness; her granddaughters, Carrie Yearwood, Amanda Yearwood, and Christy Clark Eubanks(Chris); and her great-grandchildren, Drake Baggett and Aimee Baggett; her daughter-in-law, Sonia Outlaw-Clark. She leaves behind a family who will carry her memory forward with love and gratitude, remembering her caring nature, her creativity, and the warmth she shared so freely.

Visitation for Mrs. Clark will be held on November 2, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Lea & Simmons Funeral Home, 1280 S Dupree Ave, Brownsville, Tennessee 38012. A graveside service will follow at 2:15 p.m. at Brownsville Memorial Gardens, 2488 US-70, Brownsville, Tennessee 38012.

Patsy will be remembered with love by all who knew her.
