Loyde Eugene Duncan

Born March 13, 1949, and Died March 4, 2023

Loyde Eugene Duncan, age 73, left this earth on March 4, 2023, to join his late wife in their heavenly home. Eugene and his family made Bells, TN their home for 28 years where he worked as a farmer/welder. Eugene loved fishing, hunting, gardening, trading, and flea markets.

He is preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Nettie Jean Duncan; his parents, James (PeeWee) and Pearlie Mae Duncan; also, three brothers, Larry, Rodney, and Mark Duncan; and beloved daughter, Stacy Renee Duncan.

Eugene is survived by a daughter, Stephanie Yvonne Duncan of Mercer, TN; three sons, Heith Allen Duncan (Jennifer) AKA "Noodle" of Brownsville, TN; Mark Henry (Pamela) Duncan of Halls, TN; Zachary Dillon Duncan (Crystal) of Bells, TN; one stepdaughter, Amanda Henry (Michael) of Halls, TN and one sister, Patsy Kelly (Sammy) of Brownsville, TN.

He had 6 precious grandchildren, Megan, Casey, Angelina, Sofia, Nicholas, and Aiden; and two great grandchildren, Waylan and Kynlee Bruce.

Eugene had a large extended family of nieces, nephews, and cousins. He will be missed.

The family has chosen cremation as a way to honor Mr. Eugene. All services and arrangements are under the direction of the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home.
