John Aaron Hight

Mr. John Aaron Hight, age 93 passed away Saturday, September 9, 2017 at Crestview Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Brownsville, Tennessee.  Funeral Services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, September 12, 2017 in the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Oakwood Cemetery.  Visitation for the Hight family will be on Tuesday, September 12, 2017, from 12:00  – 2:00 P.M. in the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home. Mr. Hight was a veteran and proudly served his country in WWII and the Korean War.  He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 75 years, Mildred Hight; his parents:  Tom Hight and Stella Church Hight; one brother, Thomas Hight and one sister, Hazel Buffaloe.  He is survived by one brother, James Paul Hight (Eva Jane) of Cordova, TN; one sister, Betty Jones of Southaven, MS and a host of nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.  In lieu of flowers, the Hight family requests that memorials be made to the Union Grove United Methodist Church c/o Carrie McCage, 2305 Key Corner Rd., Brownsville, TN 38012.
