Mrs. Janet Ferguson, age 69 passed away at her daughter's home in Covington, TN on Friday, February 20, 2015 at 11:51 P.M. from a long battle of heart problems. Funeral Services will be conducted Monday, February 23, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. in the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Brownsville Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Sunday, February 22, 2015 from 4:00 - 7:00 P.M. in the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home. Mrs. Ferguson was preceded in death by her parents: William and Ethel Simpson, her husband: Jimmy Wayne Ferguson, one grandchild: Brooklyn Nicole Ferguson, three brothers: William Frederick Simpson, Johnny Simpson and Joe Simpson, and two sisters: Virginia and Dorothy Simpson. She is survived by two daughters: Shelia Brasfield (Carl), Brownsville, TN, Stacy Barnes (Lonnie), Covington, TN, one son: Chris Ferguson (Tina), Brownsville, TN, seven grandchildren: Bradley Walls, Tucker Barnes, Savannah Barnes, Trevor Ferguson, Niclous Ferguson, William Ferguson and Tyler Martin, one step-grandchild: Amanda Barnes and two great grandchildren: Keeley Walls and Tinsley Barnes.
