Herbert Noftz

Mr. Herbert Noftz, 94, passed away Tuesday, June 9, 2015 in Crestview Health Care & Rehab Center in Brownsville, TN . Memorial Services will be held at a later date. Mr. Noftz was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years: Florence Frances Thompson Noftz, a son: Herbert Noftz, Jr., his parents: Arthur and Blanche Kusmierz Noftz and a sister: Florence Noftz Grooms. He is survived by his daughter: Diane Marie Spoerlein and son-in-law, Wally Spoerlein, Oakland, TN, three grandchildren: Stacy Marie Spoerlein Anderson, Amy Anne Spoerlein Booth, Matthew Alan Spoerlein and three great grandchildren: Abigail Marie Anderson, Wesley Walter Anderson and Skylar Anne Booth. Mr. Noftz was a Navy Veteran serving in World War II from 1942-1945. He was also a member of the American Legion for over 65 years.
