Gracie Virginia's Obituary Gracie Virginia Ferrell, age 92, of Brownsville, passed away on Saturday, April 19, 2014, at Crestview Health Care Center in Brownsville, Tennessee. She was a homemaker and member of Poplar Corner Baptist Church. Visitation will be 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Monday, April 21, 2014, at Brownsville-Bells Funeral Homes in Brownsville, Tennessee. Funeral services will be at 3:00 PM, Tuesday, April 22, 2014, in the Chapel of Brownsville-Bells Funeral Homes in Brownsville officiated by Bro. Jerry Wilson. Interment will follow in Southfork Cemetery near Halls, Tennessee. She is survived by five daughters, Joyce Giles (Gene) of El Paso, TX, Wanda Powell (John) of Bells, TN, Neita Harvey (Mike) of Jackson, TN, Debbie Sargent (Barry) of Brownsville, TN, and Brenda Bailey (Lynn) of Brownsville, TN; one son, Bobby Ferrell (Nancy) of Brownsville, TN; one sister, Lois Lewis of Gates, TN; two brothers, Mervin Luttrell of Gates, TN, and Charles Luttrell of Dallas, TX; fourteen grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elbert and Ida Green Luttrell, her husband, James Daniel Ferrell, one son, James Leon Ferrell, one daughter, Shirley Wyatt, and a grandson, Bobby Daniel Ferrell. Pallbearers will be Jamie Mayer, Eddie Mayer, Dakota Mayer, Mason Kellum, Drake Moore, Bradley Sargent. The family has requested that memorials be made to the Exchange Club-Carl Perkins Center of Haywood County, 130 Boyd Ave, Brownsville, TN, 38012, or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN, 38105.
