Douglas MacArthur "Mac" Conyers

Douglas MacArthur “Mac” Conyers, age 82, passed away peacefully and surrounded by his family on Thursday, May 23, 2024, at the Trenton Health and Rehabilitation Center.  A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 1, 2024, at the Lebanon United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall from 2:00 P.M. until 3:30 P.M. Friends are encouraged to come and share pictures and your best Mac story.  Coffee and light refreshments will be served.  As per Mac's request, a scattering of his ashes will begin at 3:30 P.M.

Mack was born Crockett County, TN on March 27, 1942, to the late Bedford Forest Conyers and Evie Irene Stallings Conyers.  Mack was a farmer, and his greatest passion was dog training.  Mack was a world renowned trainer and took such pride in their showing.  He has been a part of the West Tennessee Field Trial Club since its beginning.  Mack will be greatly missed by so many.  Also preceding him in death are two brothers:  Samuel Asa Conyers and Randall Frank Conyers; two sisters:  Barbara Ann Conyers Gilliland and June Conyers Ward.

Mack is survived by one sister:  Helen Conyers Larson of Arlington, TX; numerous nieces and nephews and a multitude of friends.
