Donald Harold Lawrence

Donald Harold Lawrence, 76, passed away on Saturday, July 27, 2024, in Brownsville, TN. Donald was born on August 8, 1947, in Brownsville, TN to Dennis and Gladys Forsythe Lawrence. He worked as a butcher/market manager for Kroger for 47 years. 

 Donald will long be remembered as a good man who was a loving husband, father, and friend. He loved deer hunting, crappie fishing and playing dominoes. He will be missed by his family.

He is survived by his daughter, Beth Lawrence of Brownsville, TN; son, Keith Gambill of Memphis, TN; two sisters, Mary Frances Martin of Brownsville, TN, and Denise Lynch of Brownsville, TN. He was preceded in death by his wife, Geraldine Lawrence; his parents, Dennis and Gladys Forsythe Lawrence; his brothers, Dennis Lawrence, Jr., Charles Lawrence, Louis Lawrence, Jerry Lawrence, Jesse Lawrence and Roger Lawrence and one grandchild, Brayden Taylor Lawrence. 

The family has honored his wishes for cremation and there are no services scheduled at the present time. All arrangements are under the direction of the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home in Brownsville, TN.
