David's Obituary Mr. David T. Hicks, age 70 of Stanton passed away on Saturday, September 19, 2015 at his residence. Mr. Hicks was a member of Stanton Baptist Church and was retired from BT Redi-Mix. He is preceded in death by his parents: Mr. William D. Hicks and Mary Louise Whittiemore Hicks; his wife: Frances Virginia Hicks; and one daughter: Donna Whittiemore. Mr. Hicks is survived by two sisters: Geraldine McKenzie of Stanton, TN and Pearline Wardell of Illinois; two brothers: Williams David Hicks Jr. of Arkansas and Curtis E. (Verdie) Hicks of Bakersfield, CA; and three step sons: Marvin and Roy Whittiemore of Stanton, TN and Tommy Whittiemore of Somerville, TN; A memorial service will be held Sunday, September 27, 2015 from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM in the Chapel of Brownsville Funeral Home.
