Daniel Campbell

Daniel Campbell, age 63, passed away peacefully at his home in Ripley, TN, on April 29, 2025. Born on May 26, 1961, in Brownsville, TN, Daniel was known for his profound love for family and his ability to bring joy to those around him. Daniel enjoyed training horses and one of his greatest pastimes was singing karaoke

Throughout his life, Daniel cherished spending time with his loved ones and created lasting memories through various family activities. His interests included fishing and going to the mountains, reflecting his deep appreciation for nature and the outdoors.

Daniel is survived by his wife, Kati Campbell; his son, Daniel Jordan Campbell of Ripley, TN; and his daughters: Amanda Austin (Mark) of Brownsville, TN, and Leslie Campbell Pruitt of Dyersburg, TN. He is also survived by his brother, Michael Campbell; his sisters: Lorraine Wilcox and Rose Tuttle; and three cherished grandchildren: Jayden Pruitt, Ava Rose Austin, and Kynslee Brooke Austin.

Daniel was preceded in death by his parents, Bobby Campbell and Josephine Leek Jones, as well as three sisters: Judy Shoate, Debbie Haynes, and Marsha Moss.

He leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories that will continue to resonate with his family and friends. The family has chosen cremation, and no services are scheduled at this time.  The family requests donations be made to the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home to help cover cremation expenses.
