Connie Sue Osteen

Connie Sue Osteen, a radiant soul born on November 7, 1958, in Lauderdale County, Tennessee, peacefully passed away at her residence on May 29, 2026, at the age of 67.

Throughout her life, Connie was a beacon of kindness and optimism, always choosing to see the best in others. She possessed a warm and gentle spirit. Connie was deeply loved and cared for all her life, a fact that she carried with grace and gratitude, never knowing a day without the embrace of her family’s affection.

She is survived by her brother, Greg Osteen and his wife, Hollie, as well as by other cousins and relatives who continue to hold her memory close. She was preceded in death by her father, Howard Osteen; her mother, Beverly Ann Ward Osteen; and her sister, Sandra Kay French—whose spirits now rest alongside hers.

A graveside memorial service to honor Connie’s life will be held on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Brownsville Memorial Gardens. All arrangements and services are under the direction of the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home in Brownsville, TN.
