Mr. Clarence Arlee Goins, Jr., age 68, passed away Sunday, September 11, 2016 in Brownsville, TN. A Memorial service will be conducted at 3:00 P.M. Friday, September 16, 2016, in the Lea and Simmons Funeral Home. A visitation will be Friday, September 16, 2016, 1:00 - 3:00 P.M. in the Lea and Simmons Funeral Home. Mr. Goins was preceded in death by his parents: Clarence Arlee Goins, Sr. and Mary Lou Cline Goins, and a brother: Dusty Goins. He is survived by his wife: Linda Goins, one son: Timothy Goins (Mara) both of Brownsville, TN, one daughter: Kimberly Goins, Tracy City, TN, a brother: Hubert Goins, Chattanooga, TN, a sister: Peggy Plemons, Warner Robins, GA, six grandchildren: Kevin Goins, Ashley Kiselburgh, Candice Kiselburgh, Shanon Goins, Karissa Goins, Alexandrya Lumsden and six great-grandchildren. Memorials are requested to the charity of the donor's choice.
