Clarace Lavenia Emison

Mrs. Lavenia Emison, age 86 passed away Thursday, July 21, 2016 in Jackson Madison County General Hospital. Funeral Services will be conducted at 10:30 am Monday, July 25, 2016 in the Lea and Simmons Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Brownsville Memorial Gardens. A visitation will be held Sunday evening, July 24, 2016, 5 to 7 PM in the Lea and Simmons Funeral Home. Mrs. Emison was preceded in death by her husband: James Calvin Emison, her parents: Edgar W. and Nina Shivers Jones and a brother: Clifford T. Jones. She is survived by her daughter: Shirley Emison, Brownsville, TN, a brother: Freed Jones, (Janet) Bells, TN and a sister: Lavelle Carlson, Alamo, TN. Memorials are requested to Westside Church of Christ, 3235 Hwy 54 West, Brownsville, TN 38012.
