Mr. Charlie Hill Bruce, age 99 passed away on Saturday, December 10, 2011 in the Paris Healthcare & Rehab Center in Paris, TN. Funeral Services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, December 13, 2011 in the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Hillville, TN. Visitation will be from 9:30-11:00 A.M., Tuesday, December 13, 2011 in the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home. Mr. Bruce was preceded in death by his parents: William Henry Bruce and Daisy Kerr Hill Bruce; his wife: Mary Joe May Bruce and four brothers: Herbert Bruce, Horace Bruce, William Lester "W.L." Bruce and Jordan Bruce. Mr. Bruce is survived by his nephew: Glenn A. (Jamie) Bruce and his family, Paris, TN; sister in law: Willie Mae Bruce, Paris, TN; sister in law: Carol Bruce, Hillville, TN; several nieces, nephews, cousins and a multitude of friends.
