Carolyn Barlow Hicks

Carolyn Barlow Hicks, age 78, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Tuesday, August 17, 2021. A Private Family Memorial Service will be conducted at a later date. Carolyn loved to spend time with family, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, they brought her such great joy. She enjoyed trying new recipes, dancing, gardening and beautiful flowers. Carolyn is survived by her husband of 22 years, Cleve Hicks, a son, Chris Coulston (Julie), four daughters, Carla Morris, Angela Baggett, (Galon), Vicki DeBerry, (James Beecher), all of Brownsville, TN, Pam Pittman, (Barry), Whiteville, TN, ten grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, a sister, Sammie Wright, (David), and a sister-in-law, June Barlow both of Crump, TN. She was preceded in death by her parents, Sam and Irene Jones Barlow, a brother, Kenneth Barlow and a sister, Peggy Winborn. All services and arrangements are under the direction of Lea and Simmons Funeral Home.
