Ms. Carolyn Diann Hart, age 68 passed away Sunday, November 6, 2016 in Crestview Health Care Center. Funeral Services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M., Tuesday, November 8, 2016 in the Lea and Simmons Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Perry Cemetery in Friendship, TN. Diann was preceded in death by her parents: David Lloyd and Kathryn Perry, one daughter: Perry Ann Hart McCloud, and one brother: David Shelton Perry. She is survived by one son: Ronald Hart (Angie), Brownsville, TN two daughters: Beverly Hart, Brownsville, TN, Jaime Simms (Jerry), Oklahoma City, OK, one sister: Annita Storrie (Ron), Fort Myers, FL, ten grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and one nephew: Michael Rosson.
