For 22 years, Carolyn served as a Pharmacy Technician at Quality Drug Store, where her caring nature shone through with every prescription filled and every patient smile she encountered. Her commitment to her work reflected her profound compassion and desire to help those around her.

Family was the cornerstone of Carolyn’s life. She loved nothing more than celebrating the special times of year when her loved ones gathered. She treasured cooking for her family and took great joy in collecting recipes, which served as both a means of nurturing her family and a way to preserve memories through shared meals and laughter.

Carolyn leaves behind her son, Michael Booker (Elsie) of Foley, AL, and her two daughters, Debby Elston (David) of Mercer, TN, and Becky Nipp of Jackson, TN. Her family continued to grow with the addition of three grandchildren, Justin Booker (Wendy), Emily Taylor (Grant), and Brandy Elston, alongside her great-grandchildren, Jackson Booker, Lulu Booker, Wyatt Taylor, and Walker Taylor, all of whom brought her immeasurable joy.

In this time of sorrow, we remember Carolyn with fondness and gratitude. She joins her dear departed family members, including her husband, Harold McCollum Booker; her father, Clyde Harrison White; her mother, Susie Lorene Skellion White; her brother, James "Bud" White; and her son-in-law, Randy Nipp, all of whom she deeply loved and who will now watch over her.

Pallbearers for the service will be Justin Booker, Michael Booker, Jackson Booker, David Elston, Grant Taylor, and Garrett Ferguson. Honorary Pallbearers will be John Booker, Wyatt Taylor and Walker Taylor.

The family has requested Memorials be given to the Englewood Baptist Church Missions, attn: Karen Cooper, 2239 N. Highland Ave, Jackson, TN 38305
